The 2020 Ferrari F8 is equipped with a twin-turbo 3.9-litre V8 that develops 710 horsepower, good for 0-100 km/h blasts of 2.9 seconds. Power is sent to the rear wheels by a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The down-force on the rear wing spoiler help give this Ferrari an appropriately sporty appearance as well as race like stability, and automatic projector-beam LED headlights will keep visuals on the road at a premium. Much of the body design has been created to maximize airflow for cooling, as well as enhance aerodynamics. Ferrari's Slide Slip Control System, active suspension dampening controls and an electronic differential work together to provide the driver with the capability of safely applying race-car handling capability wherever the driver goes.
